Overview:

The Passes page Archived tab has been overhauled to fix several issues with date filtering, group heading accuracy, and sort order consistency. Previously, the group date headings shown on the Archived tab did not always reflect the selected date filter, and the sort order was unreliable when switching between date range presets.

These fixes ensure that what staff see on the Archived tab is always accurate and consistent with the filter and sort selections they have made.

What Was Fixed:

• Date group headings on the Archived tab now correctly reflect the selected date filter and sort field (e.g. Archived Time, Actual Start Time, Actual End Time).
• Sort order now updates automatically based on the date range selected — passes are sorted oldest-first for Today and Custom ranges, and most-recent-first for All Time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 12 weeks.
• The Sort by dropdown on the Archived tab now shows only relevant time-based options: Archived Time, Actual Start Time, Actual End Time, Scheduled Start Time, and Scheduled End Time.
• Passes that do not have a value for the selected sort field (e.g. no archived timestamp) are now correctly excluded from the list.
• Sticky date headings now remain pinned at the top of the visible list while scrolling, making it easier to understand which date group you are viewing.
• Empty date groups (0 passes) are now shown only after the full list has loaded, preventing misleading 0 count headings appearing mid-load.
• Search now filters by Student, Staff, Pass name, or Location name as indicated by the updated placeholder text.

Instructions:

No action required from schools. These fixes are automatically applied to the Passes page Archived tab. The Requested, Scheduled, and Active tabs are unaffected.
