Attendance alert emails now include the class records that triggered the alert, right in the email body. Staff can see the full context at a glance — no need to open Orah to find out what happened.
When a staff member receives an Attendance Alert email, it now shows all contributing class records directly in the message. The subject, date, and attendance details for each relevant class are visible without clicking through to the platform. This applies to all Attendance Alert emails automatically.
Busy staff check their email on the go — between classes, during duty, or on their phone. Having the key details right there in the email means they can assess the situation and decide on next steps immediately, without needing to log in first.
No action needed — this is live for all Attendance Alert emails.
