Ability to do a database rollover

Similar to systems like Veracross, we would like for the ability to do a similar sort of rollover in Orah. Basically, we have a lot of alerts and insight dashboards that filter on grading periods. It would be great if there could be a central place where we could include our grading periods, and then have the alerts and dashboards update automatically.

To update all of our alerts and dashboards, as well as update staff transitions, it may take me an hour or so and there might be mistakes. The mistakes, I could see, would come mostly from the alert settings. We have set up over 100 alerts, that are different based on how absences/tardies are counted and who is receiving the alert. Updating all of those will be a pain, especially since there is no way to sort the alerts or group them together.

Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.

In Veracross, you can update the data parameters and roll over into the next school year. It will create reports based on the grading periods that you entered.
