Add "Alerts" to student profiles

When a parent reaches out about an alert, we need to see the context around that alert. Please add alerts to the “Records” tab, so they show up on the daily view.

The other option would be to have them listed on a separate tab, and include a link to the concern.

It takes many clicks and much time to figure out why an alert was sent out. We want all the relevant info in one place, and grouped.
