Add "drop-down" as an option in the transport manager

Currently in Pass settings:
Form Builder > Transport Options > Collect extra details > What do you want to ask > "How should they answer" 
The two options are "Text" and "Date"

Please can we add a third option for "select from drop-down menu" so that students/parents are funnelled into selecting from preset options, without being able to make spelling errors etc

As an example, if the top line was Bus, then a drop-down appeared from a list we provide (Bus A / Bus B / Bus C)

In addition, ensuring that the passes can then be filtered by these drop-downs, so we can manage the transport effectively ahead of the leave happening
