Add "Group By" Options to the Passes List

Hi! Currently when looking at the scheduled or active passes list there's only options to sort based on time.

One feature that our faculty have been asking for has been a way to show this list grouped by the type of pass. This way they can still see all passes but in a more logical/grouped way for them.
