Add more data endpoints to the medication module

Broadly there are no endpoints (get, put, post) that relate to data around medication

There are also no ways to import data via CSV

This is sometimes an option in other areas, for example students can be imported and exported via CSV

There is also an API endpoint

The data integration mostly overlap however are not perfect, as student custom fields can be interacted with via CSV but not API

-need to sync medication (prescriptions and inventory between active workspaces)

-abilities to import medication inventory (currently happens one at a time manually)

-creating prescriptions from bulk (same as above)

-syncing OTC med preferences into Orah from external source

-syncing of medical conditions and custom fields more broadly Orah via API: there is one field surfaced via API currently: “medical_info”: “penicillin allergy”

This is often inadequate for all but the healthiest of students who have no medical conditions
