Add photo upload to passes in Orah for Families app

Orah app developers must not live in the real world, where the vast majority of apps put photo uploads first. Doctors still print out school excuses, and it’s much quicker to “Take Photo” than to open the Camera app, take a photo, save it, send it to files, and then upload the file. When something is sent via email, we can use “Choose File” - but only this option exists in the families app.
