Alerts Tied to Pass Creation

It would be very useful to be able to trigger alerts (to teachers/staff and parents) around pass creation and/or activation, not just roll code, daily status, or roll-dependent reason. Parents are asking to be alerted when their student activates a check out pass that they have scheduled or when they are given a nurse pass, for example. Also, teachers would love to know when a student is put on a pass that affects their roll for that period during the period itself. (E.g. a student has checked in late and is on the way to their class.)

(An axiom for us, which many schools may not share, is that when a student enters a class late, a teacher should not have to pause teaching and manually end a pass, so that admittedly changes our approach.)
