Allow pass submission cutoff dates/times

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
Allow us to uphold our submission time deadline of 12 pm on Thursday for weekend leave requests. Otherwise we need to manually turn leaves on and off each week.

Unable to control late submission of leaves, adds time to staff workload to have to manually turn requests on and off each week.
