Attendance details added to Attendance Alerts - Staff Notifications

When a staff member receives an attendance alert they are shown the “View Records” button along with the email copy drafted by the school — but they are not shown any other details about the classes that contributed to the alert in the email itself.

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
This would allow schools to send notifications to staff who don't otherwise need to go into Orah and help to identify whether an alert is duplicate.
How often does this problem happen?

More time spent reviewing attendance concerns, more time spent training staff that don't need to go into Orah otherwise.
