Calculate attendance workflow notifications based on percentage.

  1. Calculate attendance workflow notifications based on percentage. Also, some classes meet for only 1 semester, some classes only meet once a week, LS and MS in the trimester, US on semester. NEW

    1. Issue:  We can only calculate percentage based on classes that have had roll checks taken.  Not on future classes.  E.g. If the student has one absence and one present - they would have a 50% attendance rate.

      1. We could apply a minimum # of absences or records to stop the alert from triggering immediately.
