Calendar View of Scheduled Passes

We use field trip passes often and there’s not an easy visual of what trips have been entered for students. If there was a calendar visual with the note displayed as the “title,” this would help us know which passes have been entered when comparing to our own calendars.

No easy way to know if students will be out on a trip since Orah does not currently write back to Blackbaud for scheduled passes.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
Blackbaud: Creating "Class Events" or "Group Events" populate into the students calendar.
