Cumulative time for passes report

We would love to be able to generate a report by student showing the cumulative amount of time they used different pass types during a given time period.

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
Teachers/Dean/Admins could track how much class time is missed for various different reasons. After School program could track billable minutes.
How often does this problem happen?

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
We haven't had this function before, so we just look at total tardies and absences, but it would be nice to have more granular data.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
Brightwheel currently allows our after school program to track attendance minutes for billing purposes.
