What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
We plan to use Orah as our primary bulletin board for school-wide announcements. We would like the ability to: - Disable or hide the default birthday posts in the Activity Feed. - Customize the icons and/or colors used for different types of posts or audiences. This would allow students and faculty/staff to quickly identify the type of announcement or intended audience at a glance, making communication clearer and reducing confusion.
How often does this problem happen?

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
Without these customization options, the Activity Feed becomes more difficult to use as a central communication hub. Birthday posts create unnecessary clutter, and all announcements appear visually similar, making it harder for students and staff to quickly identify important information. This reduces the effectiveness of school-wide communications and may lead to important announcements being overlooked.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
Platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, and Google Classroom allow announcements or channels to be visually distinguished using icons, colors, labels, or categories. We are looking for similar visual organization within Orah's Activity Feed.
