Editing Pass Form Fields on Web Version

Currently when parents submit a pass on the web version the only time fields read “Departure Time” and “Return Time” which don’t accurately reflect the times we are asking of them. The ability to edit those fields or even just have them changed to “Start Time” and “End Time” would be beneficial because parents are often confused and put the wrong times, which creates more work for admin.
