Exclude inactive houses from Blackbaud integration

Because Exeter Summer has 2 school levels, we’ve had to duplicate our houses per school level in Blackbaud. This is because for one summer a specific dorm might be one school level and the next year, another school level - based on occupancy numbers. We’ve marked the active houses (dorms) in Blackbaud and would like the integration to only bring over the active houses and ignore the inactive ones.
