Gating - need option to not alert student

These are the current notification options when a student is gated.

  1. We don’t always need to notify the student.

  2. How do we know which staff member is “following the student”?

Not all gating is punitive, and we sometimes need it internally

Unpredictable (e.g. Emergency)
