Limit Ability to Cancel Classes

Limit teachers' ability to cancel a class, while still allowing them access to take roll.

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
We don't want teachers to be able to cancel classes without admin approval. Currently, they can cancel a class and there is no way of knowing unless someone is continually checking the audit log.
How often does this problem happen?

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
Student safety issue: students are unaccounted for when classes are cancelled and no administrators are notified.
