Location Record Export to display readable local date/time

It would be helpful if the export for a location displayed Record Time as a readable local date/time instead of the ISO timestamp.

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
I get asked to pull records of when a student entered a location all the time. To be able to easily read the excel file would be extremely helpful
How often does this problem happen?
Unpredictable (e.g. Emergency)
Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
Once I export the file for a student then I will need to reformat the excel doc before I can share the information. The reformat does not always work correctly.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
