Locations - checkpoints should have same "Departing" options as NFC

First of all, “Arriving” should be renamed to “Checking In”, and “Departing” should be renamed “Checking Out”. Next, in a specific location, “Kiosk Checkpoint” should have the same 3 options as NFC currently has.

Since there’s no option to “Check-in to a preset location”, students have to manually select a return location - and scroll through ALL of the locations we have, with no search.

This really slows down the senior privilege return process.

We only have one iPad for ID scanning, so this really slows down the return from lunch process.

We'd have to stop using passes, and all of the related accountability functions that passes enable.
