Login change - skip approval for SSO logins

We have Google SSO and Blackbaud ID SSO available for all users. When we provision new users, or change the login method, the users have to approve the change.

Unless there’s a security reason to do this, please consider not requiring user confirmation. They should still get a “Your login method was changed from X to Y” email - but they should be able to just use Orah with the new login method. This was our biggest pain point for user adoption - many students and parents ignored the email, and were unable to use Orah. We then had to re-activate them, and walk them through accepting and signing in - usually while there were dozens of other students waiting in queue.
