Manual trigger for attendance alerts

Request for the ability to send attendance alerts manually from a list of students that meet the criteria. When sent, it would send one group email to the specified individuals. This way they can reply-all to the rest of the group.

Veracross allows for emails to be sent to multiple people in a group
