Multistep workflows

Having the ability to add steps to a workflow would be great e.g. event happen → identify year level → alert right person based on year level

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
At the moment if a student receives three of a certain pastoral type (infringement) a notification can be sent to one person or a group of people. This means that either one person has the task of informing relevant people for follow up or a large group of people get notifications they don't need. A better process would be if we could add a step in eg student receives 3 infringements -> identify their year level -> send to the relevant Year Level Coordinator.

It's a noise issue. The number if alerts that are received that are not needed drowns out the ones you need to see.
