Notification Filters

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
Please allow notifications to be applied at the "SIS Group" level. Currently teachers can only apply filters by TAG, "All Students" or " Selected Students". None of these settings are reasonable for a teacher with many sections/teams.
How often does this problem happen?
Daily
Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
Teachers are either receiving no notifications or too many.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
