Notification for Canceled Special Request: College Visit Passes

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
We track how many college visit absences our students take. They are only allowed a certain number of excused days. Our issue is happening if a student does not use the college visit pass and it is canceled. We would love it if attendance managers could be notified when this happens.

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
Parents end up upset when we don't allow any more excused absences for college visits when they technically have not taken all the days recorded on our tracker.
