Notifiction sent to Student/Parent App if resubmission requested

If staff require additional information for a pass and request, students or parents may not be aware of it if they do not check the app notifications. It would be better for the resubmission request to appear under “My Tasks” or for a push notification to be sent to their phone, so they are aware of the staff’s request.
