Notify students when concern is closed

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
We would like to be able to setup an alert that notifies students when an attendance concern has been closed. They are emailed when the concern is opened, but we'd like to be able to close the loop.
How often does this problem happen?
Daily
Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
It doesn't fit into our workflow and causes anxiety for our students.
