Parent Visibility - allow Global updates, allow setting during invitation

  1. We need to set Parent Visibility Permissions for all contacts

  2. We need to set it prior to sending contacts login invites.

Right now, these settings cannot be set until the parent logs in - but this forces staff to come back daily to check who’s signed in. We should just have the ability to set it globally, and set it during invitations. These are the only choices for global changes now:

We take student privacy very seriously, and this may cause a student's info to be seen by their parents, which might violate California laws. We also can't give parents access to their students' attendance in the app.
