Parent/Contact Alert settings

In addition to “Restricted Visibility” for passes, we need the ability to manage who gets alerts. Now, contact records are synced from the SIS. For Blackbaud, it syncs by relationship type, not by “List as Parent”, “Parental Access”, or “SIgner” as it should be. We need to know who the parents/guardians are in the SIS, but not all parents/guardians have access to the student’s records. For attendance, it may be a different set of parents/guardians who want to/need to receive attendance alerts.

This should also be enabled as a bulk update for all or groups of contacts.
