Pass logo & Change letters

Instead of using the first initial of the first word of a pass name, let us also upload images or emoticons. The default should be the initial, but give us 2 or 3 letters that we can edit.

Then, there should be a separate option to add images or emoticons, searchable right from the selector.

Allowing for even two letters to be selected would be a great way to easily distinguish between excused and unexcused passes.
