If parent permission is not requested when a staff member submits a pass, it will require the Student Life Office/staff member to email or call a parent before having to submit each pass request. As we put a cutoff on our Weekend pass requests of 12 pm on Thursdays, we at times receive many late requests which require our office to submit student passes. If we have to first speak and get approval from parents via phone/email, this will add an additional step and time.
