Passes with the same start time default to A-Z sorting

The main thing that has been a pain in recent updates is the passes screen under locations. I would like for passes that start at the same time to be auto sorted to A-Z by first name. Especially now that the work around has been disabled with the most recent update of filter by pass type then sorting alphabetically.
