Pastoral Records - Who was contacted flags

In the table where you can see all pastoral records, there should be a column including either a symbol or description indicating who was notified of the record. I.e. if the students contacts / parents received notice.

This could be accomplished by 3 small seperate columns referencing if Staff, Student, Contacts were notified (Tick or yes/no). Or a single column that says which of the three were notified.

Right now, you have to click on a record, and view it’s history to see a message such as: “Created Note, connected contacts, students and staff notified”
