A picture of the student displayed in the student application is needed in order to confirm student identity.

Confirming a student's identity for a Admin, faculty or staff member who is new to the community/School who is involved in checking out students process.
How often does this problem happen?

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
The goal is to crystalize identifying legitimacy of a Pass to Student for any Admin, Faculty or staff. Without the picture the process gets confusing and creates doubt of identity and delay of the departure.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
