Please students/parent to edit a requested pass before staff approval

A student submitted a pass but later wanted to make some changes. However, she was unable to edit it. She then clicked "cancel" to see if she could resubmit, but the system did not allow her to do so. The pass only appeared in the "History of Passes" and could not be edited or resubmitted.
