Reason - other field

We have a number of excuses that a parent can choose from when they are notifying hte school of absences or tardies. We also allow for an OTHER field to give them some flexibility. Right now there is no way for us to require that parents provide additional information when they select OTHER, without that requirement going to all of the other excuse types as well. What I mean is that if we require a note for OTHER, then that means that SICK, for example, also requires a note before the parent can submit the excuse. We’d like that option to be more flexible.
