Remove required fields from duty report posts

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
Our duty reports (posts) include five sections, each with a different prompt to guide information shared from the night. Not all of these fields necessarily apply to each night of duty, so we are hoping to make them optional, without needing text to submit the report.

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
It adds an extra layer of redundancy at the end of a long day. Because each field requires text, most people enter N/A, which takes up space in the report without conveying any information. The duty summary is really the only one that needs to be required.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
Google Forms: Each question has a simple required or optional toggle. This would be the ideal solution!
