Remove the number from the wellbeing survey results

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
It is a bit anti-wellbeing to have your wellbeing quantified so clearly- removing the number would benefit the students.
How often does this problem happen?

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
We can't use the wellbeing surveys feature because it negatively reinforces a quanitification of wellbeing that is just unhelpful
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
