Show "Additional Information" fields on student profile

We collect useful information in Additional Information, and have built workflows around them. However, the students see none of the fields. Some examples are Locker info and Student Permission to Drive. Students also need the ability to show some information to security - and they are already using the Orah app.

2 requests:

1) for each field, add a “Visible To” or “Access” setting, so we can choose if the student, contact, or staff can see that field

2) Show those fields on the Profile tab for students, or “My Students>Info” section for parents. For staff, that should be visible on the student’s profile.
