Show pending passes in Roll Calls

Passes do not appear in roll calls until someone approves them -but we don’t want teachers approving them. Passes pending approval should show up as pending on a roll call, so the teacher is at least aware. They should include a “Request Approval” process that would alert an Attendance Manager.
