Student Submitted Pass with only Parent Approval

Please create a pass that a student can submit, and that only requires parent approval (staff member approval is not required). This allows students to leave campus to have lunch or dinner with a parent, or family friend, and the only requirement is that their parents approve, and our staff members are kept out of the workflow/approval process.
