Support Multiple Time Zones in a Single Orah Tenant

We would like to be able to assign different time zones to Houses in Orah.

What problem would this new feature help your school solve?
We have locations in three time zones: BST, EDT and CDT. Users in all three locations see times in EDT which is confusing for users.
How often does this problem happen?
Weekly
Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
A pass for 5:00 - 9:00 PM BST displays 12:00 - 4:00 PM EDT on passes which is confusing for staff, students and parents.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
Multiple services, Canvas and Salesforce for example, support course- or user-specific time zones that differ from the main organization's time zone.
