Sync Orah with Security System keycard readers

Our Security System allows API access to its data. If I could connect Orah to that data, a student’s location could be updated in Orah based on the door they just accessed. We use Verkada as our Security System, with a fully web-based dashboard.

Describe the impact on your school if this problem remains unsolved?
We have to monitor two systems for student locations, as students don't always tap in to Orah when they change location. They do have to swipe their keycard to access buildings though.
Please list any other tools or platforms that you know of that offer similar functionality.
