Taking account of staff during an emergency not available on web interface (laptop)

We have a sort of command central area during emergencies. These people are using the Orah app to manage the emergency drill but they are also using the desktop app. We want to start taking attendance for staff. The staff counts on the emergency drill is available on the mobile app but not the web interface. It would be great if both app and web matched up. Thanks.
