"Test Mode"

We really need “Test Mode” so we can test Orah functions without having to wait for the related item to start. This is really important when we sync with an SIS. It’s hard to change times in an SIS, and SIS syncs take a long time.

For example, if we want to test attendance for an SIS group, we’d turn on “Test” for that group - and attendance would go live right away. We could then test the apps, roll checks, etc.
