Update student shortcuts

We’d like the ability to customize the buttons on the fly-out when clicking on a student’s tile. We never manually update a student’s location, we don’t use Pastoral (which we call Conduct), and we’ve never used Gating. We should have the choice to either:

• Just open the profile, no shortcuts

• Choose two buttons (one row) or four buttons (two rows)

• Add choices like “Email Contacts”, “Schedule”, “Insights”, or “Concerns”

• Eventually, allow customization by role or by user
