You can now export pastoral and behaviour notes as a formatted PDF or XLSX report. Choose a summarised view for sharing with parents and staff, or a detailed breakdown for deeper analysis.
Two export formats are now available from the Pastoral/Behaviour notes page. The Summarised Student Report shows total records and points by category for any date range — available as a professionally formatted PDF ready to send, or as an XLSX. The Detailed Report (XLSX only) gives you a full record-by-record breakdown, with filtering by student, house, or tag for in-depth auditing. Select your students and date range, then choose your format.
Whether you're preparing for a parent meeting, sharing a term overview with houseparents, or auditing behaviour trends across the school, you now have a report format to match. The PDF is print-ready and polished — no reformatting needed. The detailed XLSX gives you the raw data to work with however you need.
