The Snapshot

You can now see a student's full class schedule, passes, and attendance right on their profile. Open a class or a pass to view or update it, or bulk-change attendance across several classes at once, all without leaving the page. It's the same schedule view from Daily Reconciliation, now built into every student's profile.

What's New

Every student profile now includes a Schedule tab that opens to today by default, showing their classes for the day alongside any passes or events. Select a class to open its roll record directly, or open a pass to view or edit it, no need to jump to a different screen. You can also take bulk actions from here: select multiple classes and change their attendance status together in one move.

Why It Matters

When you're digging into one student's attendance, everything you need is right there - their class schedule, any pass or event that explains their status, and a way to fix it on the spot. That's especially useful in the moments that matter most: a parent calling to ask about their child, or a status that needs correcting before the day closes out. You don't need to remember which screen has the answer, it's on the profile you're already looking at.
