You can now see all of a student's attendance concerns right on their profile. A new Concerns tab brings their full history into one place — no searching, no filtering.

What's New

Open any student's profile and you'll find a new Concerns tab sitting alongside the others. It shows every concern tied to that student — open, action needed, and closed — with the same details you're used to on the school-wide Concerns page. Click any concern to view it in full or take action, just like you do today. The tab follows the same permissions as the Concerns page, so staff only ever see what they're meant to.

Why It Matters

When a parent calls or you're prepping for a check-in, you no longer have to dig through the school-wide list to piece together one student's story. Their concerns sit right where you're already looking — so you get the full picture in a couple of clicks and walk into the conversation prepared.

Next Steps

1. Open the profile of the student you want to check

2. Select the Concerns tab

3. Browse their concerns, or click one to see the details or take action
